The Story Behind the Crunch... • Typical unhealthy American guy • Decided to go on predominantly raw diet • Lost 40 pounds, dropped cholesterol to a healthy level, and recovered lost energy • Loved new lifestyle, but missed familiar crunch of snack foods • Began experimenting with raw chips made from fresh vegetables, seeds, nuts, & spices • Dehydrated chips below 115 degrees so as not to break commitment to raw diet • With encouragement from family and friends, began selling chips at local farmers markets • From farmers markets to local health food stores and nationwide chains! Brad’s Raw Foods is born!
