OBJECTIVES AND DELIVERABLES Objectives • Determine the needs of industry related to capacity building • Compile a framework for training initiatives • Assist in developing training initiatives and trainers • Aim to develop low cost training initiatives Time line & deliverables • Short term – List of training initiatives currently on offer • Medium term – Framework of training initiatives including future planned initiatives • Long term – Accreditation of framework and training initiatives
