  8. RAKSHA BANDAN ON RAKHSHA BANDAN DAY THE SISTER TIES RAAKI TO HER BROTHER WISHING HIM A LONG LIFE. IN RETURN THE BROTHER GIVES HER GIFT AND PROMISE TO TAKE CARE OF HER,

IDOLS ARE PLACED EVERYWHERE AND POOJA IS DONE IN A VERY GRAND MANNER. HE IS CONSIDER TO BE FIRST GOD TO BE PRAYED WHO EASILY GIVE GOOD WISHES TO THE DEVOTEES.

  14. GURU NANAK JAYANTI OR GURUPURU THE SIKHS CELEBRATE THIS FESTIVAL. THE SIKHS GO TO GURUDWARA AND PRAY THERE.

  16. RAMZAN AND ID ARE CELEBRATED BY MUSLIMS. THEY GO TO MOSQUE TO PRAY AND GREET EACH OTHER

  17. CHRISTMAS IS CELEBRATED ON 25th OF DECEMBER EVERY YEAR.THE BIRTHDAY OF JESUSCHRIST IS CELEBRATED AS CHRISTMAS. CHRISTMAS TREE IS DECORATED AND “CRIB”IS MADE IN ALL HOUSES. SANTACLAUSE GIVES GIFTS AND SWEETS TO CHILDREN.
