  1. LOG ON TO CTX VIA WINADMIN • Administrator and password respectively. • Use normal procedures to access programming via Winadmin. • Follow steps in order of pages. • Equipment required for successful installation is last page.

  2. ANALOG CARD ASSIGNMENT • Choose which slot will accommodate the analog card for voicemail ports. • RSTU is 8 port analog card. • Submit changes

  3. CREATE VOICEMAIL PORTS • Choose create, and build your voicemail ports as follows. • Set 01 for cab,slot,port. • Set # 02 t0 SLT • # 03 Voice Mail • # 15 to Extension number of voicemail port . • Set # 22 for pilot of Hunt group.

  4. VOICEMAIL PORT DATA • Set item #10 for pilot of voicemail hunt group. • Set item #16 for pilot of voicemail hunt group.

  5. VOICEMAIL PORT SETTINGS • Set first port to match settings on screenshot. • Submit changes. • Copy to remaining voicemail ports.

  6. VOICEMAIL HUNT GROUP • Create hunt group 1 or next available group number. • Match settings on screenshot. • Submit changes.

  7. HUNT GROUP MEMBERS • Add members that are voicemail ports. • Submit is not valid here, but info is saved.

  8. EXTENSION SETTINGS • Set item # 15 and #17 to match the extension number. • Set item # 12 to 1, # 22 to pilot of voicemail hunt group. • Selective copy #’s 12 and 22 to all phones that needvoicemail.

  9. EXTENSION CALL FORWARDING • Set type of fwd to no answer or busy no answer. Even if using monitored mailboxes. • Enter pilot number of voicemail in destination 1 and 2. • Assign to types of calls, depending on individual needs. • Submit changes

  10. FF KEY SETTINGS • Message keys are not necessary to program as the phones have built in keys. • Voicemail Transfer keys are programmed in 2 steps. • Using Winadmin program selected key for a one touch and submit. • From the set enter user programming #9876 by default and press key,press cnf/trf # 407. Press key again.Lift receiver and hang up. • Return to Winadmin and copy key to where needed. • Key is used by pressing key while on call, dial mailbox number and #.

  11. RINGING DIRECT FOR AUTO ATTENDANT • Copy settings from screenshot. • Submit changes.

  12. BSIS SMDI PORT SETTINGS • Set device to 300 • Set device connection to RS232 • Set device port # to 1 • Submit changes

  13. SMDI RS 232 SETTINGS • Choose port 1 from list. • Copy the settings on screenshot. • The Innovator is set to match these parameters.

  14. BSIS CONNECTION TO INNOVATOR COM PORT • You can purchase the modular to db 9 connector (PPTC9) and base cord, or simply follow instructions on screenshot. • Use the top port of BSIS card for your SMDI integration.

  15. IP ADDRESS CHANGE • Set new IP address. • Set new subnet if necessary. • NO Gateway. • Submit changes and wait 2-3 minutes and continue.

  16. LICENSE REQUIREMENTS • Make sure your DTMF receivers are present.
