  11. Passport and Visas • Valid passports are required for all travelers • Passports may take up to eight weeks to process • Non-U.S. citizens may require special visas or other travel documents

Fall payment schedule • $95 with application • $150 due 30 days later • $300 payment plus any unpaid insurance on 8/30/09 • Tour Balance due 110 days prior to departure • Remaining Balance including departure fees 50 days prior to departure Alternative payment schedule AutoPay program • Convenient monthly payments charged to a debit or credit card • Free to enroll • No late fees • Final payment deadline up to 35 days prior to departure
