  4. INTRODUCTION • Acting is something I’ve wanted to do since I was about 6 its always been a dream of mine to be some ones role model inspiration. I want to do acting, I can be anyone who I want to be without getting in trouble. Watching actors on television and thinking that could be me! I love watching shows and movies about anything, I want to do Horror shows or movies I love to watch scary movies. My Great grandpa used to be in movies as a stand in for a famous actor back when. My name comes from a movie and I want to meet those people in that movie so I think the only way to meet those people is to become an actress, and plus I want to act.

  5. Working conditions • Physical; You do anything physical unless you have a stunt double. • Mental; You just need to remember your lines and how you play it out. • Indoors or Outdoors; You can act anywhere indoor or the outdoors. • Hours; it depends on what the job is and who is directing it • You have to have a good memory and not get injured.

  6. Nature of working • Being confident, and have fun. • Memorize your lines. • Be Creative.

  7. Job Outlook/ Employment • Employment rate: • Find a job; New York, or California • There are always far too many actors for far too few roles and there are thousands of people out there calling themselves actors who haven't a clue and couldn't be farther from the goal of becoming an actor so I'll just use the number of actual union member actors. • Where?; ANYWHERE..!!!

  8. Earnings • In recent years, motion picture and TV actors with speaking parts earned a minimum daily rate of about $800 and about $4000 for a 5-day week. Because of irregular work, beginners' salaries are generally quite low and must be supplemented by other part time jobs. Full time beginners earn about $35,000. Only 10% of talented performers earn $100,000 or more per year. The median expected salary for a typical actor/performer in the U.S. ranges from $45,000 to $57,000 • Lifestyle goal; Just to have a big house for my family and I, About $728,800 • Lifestyle goal 2; Have cars for all my family members. Any car they want… • Lifestyle goal 3; Be in 3 horror Films • Lifestyle goal 4; Own 4 Huskies/ German Sheppard mix, guinea pig, hamster, and 3 cats. All together probably 20,000.

  9. Education, Training, Qualifications • Education - These occupations usually require a high school diploma. • Training - Employees in these occupations need anywhere from a few months to one year of working with experienced employees. A recognized apprenticeship program may be associated with these occupations. • Experience - Some previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is usually needed. For example, a teller would benefit from experience working directly with the public. • What school do I want to go to get some major acting skills I probably Western Michigan University just because they have a good drama department.
