Yes, titles of books need to be italicized. (If you’re writing in handwriting instead of typing, you underline book titles.) Quotation marks are for short things like poems, articles and stories. Italics (or underlining) are for long things like novels and movies. No, don’t misspell mysteries. Wrong! A change does need to be made to the sentence.
