  3. Remember Your Creator in the Days of Your Youth Ec. 12:1-8 don’t wait! When you get old. . . . • vs. 1 days are evil • vs. 2 days are gloomy and dark • vs. 3-4 life isn’t fun • vs. 5 won’t be strong, brave • vs. 6-7 life is fragile • vs. 8 life is vain

  4. Remember Your Creator in the Days of Your Youth Ec. 12:1-8 don’t wait! Two things. . . . • Ps. 90:12 number your days • Heb. 9:27 soon, it will be too late

  5. Remember Your Creator in the Days of Your Youth Ec. 12:13-14 the solution. . . . Fear God – reverence, respect • you won’t fear man • you’ll obey God • you’ll remain faithful Do you fear God? Are you ready for judgment?

  6. Glorify God in Your Body 1 Cor. 6:13-20 physical body You are joined to Christ! Your body belongs to Jesus! Your body, temple of the Holy Spirit!

  7. Glorify God in Your Body Take care of your mind Choose friends with good morals Take care of your body Adorn your body with godliness Don’t engage in sin Behave like a Christian

  8. Glorify God in Your Body If we didn’t have the Bible. . . . If you don’t study and know. . . . • Hos. 4:1, 6 God, case against you • Hos. 6:6-7 God desires knowledge • Rom. 10:1-3 zeal and knowledge • 2 Th. 1:8-10 punished, not know God, not obey gospel

  9. Glorify God in Your Body If we didn’t have the Bible. . . . If you don’t study and know. . . . With knowledge of God’s word. . . . • Jer. 31:31-34 you are a Christian • Col. 1:9-11 strong and fruitful • 2 Pet. 1:2-4, 11 have an entrance into heaven, abundantly

  10. Glorify God in Your Body If we didn’t have the Bible. . . . If you don’t study and know. . . . With knowledge of God’s word. . . . Do you have the correct attitude? • Pr. 2:3-6 search for knowledge • Pr. 8:10-11 value knowledge • Pr. 12:1 love knowledge • 1 Cor. 8:1; 13:4 love, not arrogant
