Brandi Miseirvitch (CFO) Olivia Martindale (CTO) Chris Hoshaw (CEO)
  2. How we got started In 1920, Chris, Brandi, and Olivia were walking in a dark alley at 4:00 am when a homeless millionaire approached them. He offered them his trillion dollar business in exchange for a bottle of Jameson. They were skeptical at first, but he begged them and they finally gave in. Today, they are the owners of Two Wheeler Dealer, one of the most successful dirt bike companies ever. (“Dirt Bike 1,” 2012)

  5. Our Customers Our customers are men, women, and teenagers. Adventurous Outdoorsy Racers Trail riders Ditch riders Mountain climbers Safety enthusiasts Our customers want to make sure they can have an awesome ride but still make sure we leave the smallest economic footprint on the environment. In order to make sure we do this, we promote recycling of old dirt bikes. If a customer brings us their old bike, we will give them a new bike at a 25% lower price.
  6. Marketing Mix Price: The pricing of our bikes is always going to be a fair price because we believe in giving everyone a chance to take part in this sport we love so much. Place: Along with having several stores, we will also have stands at major motocross events with gear, helmets, and bikes for sale. Promotion: We do several promotional events throughout the year. One being a free helmet with every purchase because we value safety. Another promotion we do all year long is bike recycling. Product: We sell dirt bikes, safety gear, and anything you would need while dirt biking. (Laudon & Laudon, 2012)
  7. ERP System or CRM System? We chose an ERP System because CRM Systems are for new or growing businesses and our business has been around for awhile. (Rudo, 2010) (“Question Mark,” 2012)
  8. Global Shop Solutions ERP System: Global Shop Solutions Company/Vendor: Windows ("Erp software systems,“ 2012) ("Global shop solutions," 2012)
  9. Features A big reason why we chose Global Shop Solutions is because it has many features. A few of these are data collection and inventory. The system will keep track of materials purchased, physical inventory, and inventory management. Global shop solutions will also store order entry and invoice order history. Another perk to using the system is being able to have Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger information, and Payroll. Global Shop Solutions is compatible with a company that has repair facilities like we do. It can also be a system used with 20-500 employees, allowing our company to expand. Another feature needed when acquiring new employees is learning and educational services and training strategies. We think it is great that we have all of these features to help us with almost every aspect of our business. ("Erp software systems,“ 2012)
