Installation and Workflow Assessment • ONYX consultants have extensive industry knowledge and can help your customer implement an optimal production workflow. • The consultant will make recommendations to improve the productivity. • Maximize the operator’s knowledge through confidence in the workflow, helping reduce downtime.

TR-ONTRAIN2 2-Day Advanced On-Site $/€4,500 TR-ONTRAIN1 1-Day Add-On Advanced On-Site $/€1,400 • Minimum purchase for on-site is 2 days, which includes travel expenses. • Additional days can be purchased at the 1-Day rate. • 21 day advance reservation required toavoid a 10% upcharge for travel. • Resellers will receive a fixed discount of $/€500 for each 2-day on-site session sold.

  13. How does it work? • Place an order for the Professional Services off the Price List • Along with the invoice, provide ONYX with the end-user contact information. There is a 21-day advance notice to avoid a 10% upcharge. • ONYX consultant will contact the end-user to determine what services they need and schedule the visit. • ONYX will inform you of the scheduled date so you are always in the loop with your customer. • Following the on-site, the ONYX consultant will provide you with any feedback received from the end-user.
