  2. Current Situation • Local construction sector declining • Fortunately we have 2 projects in Qatar. • Fundamental shift in our business from Local Negotiated Contracts to International Competitive Bidding

Future Focus • We need to transform ourselves from the current centralised, hierarchical structure and systems to one that is adaptable, flexible and multifunctional with independent people and systems • GE’s Target: RM2 billion annual turnover coming from RM6 billion order book which requires RM10 billion tendering capacity per year.
