  2. Data lain diketahui sebagai berikut: 1. Biaya setiap kali pemesanan material Rp. 1.250.000 2. Biaya simpan material 25% dari harga beli per unit 3. Harga material per unit Rp. 1.000 4. Lead time ditetapkan selama 2 minggu dan satu tahun 50 minggu. Ditanyakan : 1. Jika rencana kebutuhan bahan baku untuk tahun 2008 sama dengan tahun 2007 dan biaya pemesanan, biaya simpan serta harga per unit material sama dengan tahun 2007, hitunglah berapa EOQ untuk tahun 2008 2. Jika safety stock sama besarnya dengan inventory awal tahun 2007 hitunglah ROP tahun 2008 Penyelesaian : 1. Inventory awal material = 10.000 unit Pembelian awal material = 250.000 unit + Material yang tersedia = 260.000 unit Inventory akhir material = 10.000 unit - Kebutuhan material = 250.000 unit EOQ = = 2.500.000.000 = 50.000 unit 2. Kebutuhan selama leed time = x 2 = 10.000 unit ROP = kebutuhan selama leed time + savety stock ROP = 10.000 + 10.000 = 20.000 unit

Soal Kasus EOQ Soal Kasus 2: Contoh Soal • Ada seorang agen pembeli pada suatu perusahaan pabrik sepatu sedang melakukan negosiasi suatu komponen yang digunakan dalam sebagian besar produk yang diproduksi perusahaan.yaitu kulit permintaan akan kulit tersebut adalah Rp 250.000 per unit,250 hari kerja per tahun.Biaya penyimpanan sebesar Rp 50.komponen per tahun.Biaya pemesanan Rp 70.000 per order dan supplier memerlukan waktu 15 hari kerja untuk pengiriman.permintaannya adalah konstant dan seragam! • Tentukan: • Titik Pemesanan • EOQ • Biaya persediaan tahunan total pada EOQ • Jawab: • Permintaan per hari = s ∕ jumlah hari kerja = 250.000 ∕ 250 • = 1000 unit. • Waktu yang diperlukan untuk pengiriman (L) = 15 hari kerja • R= d.L • = 1000 (15) • = 15000 unit • EOQ = √ 2.o.s ∕ c • = √ 2 (70.000)(250.000) / 50 • = 26.457 unit • Total Cost = (c × q / 2)+(0 × s/q) • = (50 × 26.457/ 2+ 70.000(250.000 / 26.457) • = 661.425 + 661.450 • = 1.322.875 • KET: • O = Biaya Pemesanan • S = Permintaan Komponen • C = Biaya Penyimpanan
