  2. DG Cipta Karya Sites Tanjungan: Proposed widening. Industrial and residential extensive impact. Final design not yet prepared Kamal: Proposed widening. Extensive impact. In-depth PAP socio-economic six month study initiated by DGCK Housing to begin in May 2008. Design described in DKI 3-9 Lower Angke: Dredging only. Prior sheet piling prevents encroachment. No PAPs. Temporary removal of ferry structures Cideng-Thamrin: No encroachment evident. Temporary impact may result if embankments are repaired. Final design not yet presented

  11. DG Water Resources Sites Sunter: No resettlement impacts. Housing encroaches on the banks around the Taruna Bridge/Pasar Pulo Gadung. Will not be affected by dredging. Plans for embankment work is not known West Banjir Canal: Wide canal. No resettlement impacts Cakung: 2 separate communities (Madura inland, Bugis fishing community at the Cakung mouth). Extensive resettlement impact depending on engineering design and dredging requirements. Separate LARAPs will be required for the 2 communities Cengkareng: Wide canal. No resettlement impacts

  20. DKI Sites Ciliwung-Gunung Sahari: No encroachment evident in site visits Pakin-Kali Besar: Channel walls are generally hard surface (concrete, bricks). No encroachment Sentiong-Sunter: No encroachment issues if the site visit covered the Project area Diversion Grogol-Secretaris-Angke: The section between the Lower Angke and the Secretaris is nasty (mud embankments, garbage, small housing section). Possible resettlement impact (±30 hh) depending on engineering design Krukut: Channel walls are generally hard surface (concrete, bricks). No encroachment

  28. DKI Sites (Waduks) Waduk North Sunter: No encroachment which will affect planned dredging. No relocation will be required Waduk Pluit: The Pluit reservoir (80ha)was built about 20 years ago. DKI estimates there are now 10,000hh living on the reservoir embankment. The JUFMP planned dredging should not impact this population. No relocation will be required Pluit East Sunter North Sunter Waduk East Sunter III: No encroachment which will affect planned dredging. No relocation will be required South Sunter Waduk South Sunter: No encroachment which will affect planned dredging. 34. DKI Sites (Disposal Areas) Muara Kali Adem: The proposed disposal site is sea based, located along the coast and out into the sea between a fishing harbour breakwater and a small river – the Kali Adem Pluit:The site is in the tidal zone. Mangroves and fishponds/fishpond sheds (± 6) are found on the site which is walled off from the inland areas by a cement block wall. Outside the walls can be seen a large power plant complex, as well as residential areas Rorotan:There are 2 sites at Rorotan. Rorotan 1 is private sector land requesting fill to deal with flooding problems. Rorotan 2 is a large solid waste dumpsite currently in use Pluit Karang: The site is located under the tollroad, and is covered with banana trees. Approx 30 structures, small gardens and extensive fishponds are found on the site Taman BMW: This site (32ha)of flat land surrounding an old railway bed is sandwiched between the highway and a small lake Kamal Muara: The site is located in an industrial area where a large section of land is currently being filled with loads of earth, concrete, etc. The site is reported previously to have been swampy. There are 2 good size fishponds in the foreground but these are said to be outside of the Project site Kapuk Muara:The site is located in a gated community, surrounded on the outskirts by upper middle income housing and middle income new rukos. The assumption is that fill has been requested by the private sector owners of the land Rorotan: This site is a large currently utilized solid waste dump located directly on a main road
