  3. This drawback can be eliminated by using the Distance Learning technologies. The Distance Learning has no age, territorial, educational, professional restrictions. The Distance Learning has almost no health restrictions. The professionals can pursue their career and increase their knowledge level at the same time. Belarusian State Technological University

  4. The Master training in Real Estate Management has been implemented in the Belarusian State Technological University since September 2011. The Belarusian State Technical University and Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VGTU) signed a bilateral agreement on the organization of scientific, technical and educational cooperation in 2010, and the agreement on the implementation of the joint Master's Program in Real Estate Management in 2011.   5. The Program’s duration is 2 years (4 semesters), it provides 90 ECTS credits. The Program’s coordinator is VGTU. The main purpose of the Joint Master Program is the study of the specific and practical features of business, management and assessment in the field of the Real Estate in Belarus and Lithuania. The program also attracts the students by the distance learning, that is unique in Belarus in the field of the Real Estate. Belarusian State Technological University

  6. The benefits of the program are the following: – Obtaining the integrated knowledge in Real Estate economics and management. – The synthesis of theory and practice. The teachers are the leading theorists and practitioners of the two countries. – The professionalism of teaching. – The competitiveness of the Program graduates on the market of the Real Estate management professionals. – The unlimited communication possibilities, time savings and study flexibility. The benefits of the program are the following: – Taking into account the individual needs of the students. – The Student Mobility. – After completing the Program successfully the graduates obtain two Master's Degrees, of CIS and EU. – The program focuses on the study of English by the students.   8. Each student gets the package of the modules, that contain the study material and information necessary for the preparation for passing the tests. Each training module is designed in the way to make the self-study of the material as easy as possible. • It includes: • electronic textbook; • test tasks; • audio lectures; • video lectures.   9. The feature of the Program is that the communication between a teacher and a student is maintained throughout all the learning process. Much attention is been paid to the remote work with the students via the Internet. The remote consultation are carried out either via e-mail, or in real time in the form of a teleconference.   10. The Masters’ training in Real Estate Management has started since September 2011. 17 people were accepted to the specialty in 2011. In 2013 they became the first Program alumni. In 2012, the second accepting to the Program has been organized. 44 people, including 28 citizens of Belarus and 16 citizens of the Republic of Lithuania were accepted in 2012. The students from Lithuania are taught in English. In 2013, 49 people were accepted to the specialty. Belarusian State Technological University
