Pre Recruitment Initiatives The BORL Experience : Involving the receipt, scrutiny, segregation, matching and short listing of job applications totaling to over a 15,000 per advertisement for positions ranging from Technical Assistants to Vice President, received against advertisements given by BORL(A JV between Oman Refineries and BPCL.), in all major Indian and Gulf Newspapers. The assignments were successfully completed within stipulated time frames leading to a letter of appreciation from The AVP HR, Bharat Oman Refineries Ltd. The Pre Recruitment Test for Technical Assistants : Conduct of Examination for Technical Assistants for over 13,000 candidates on a single day. The Assignments were done for Bharat Oman refineries, Bina, A JV between Oman Refineries and BPCL. Conduction of Skill based training programs Under the banner of The Avenue Academy : These were programs designed under guidance from Industry experts and were aimed at training on specific skills in candidates and the placing them with client organizations. Popular among these is the CHRP module aimed at refining HR graduates into corporate intricacies.
