  4. Displaying Additional Data on the MCV Page A. Table Configurator • Click the Configure Collab View icon (A) to access the Table Configurator dialog box. • Select the additional data you want to view (B) and the sort order (C). • If you want, save your settings as default (D) and click the Update button (E).   5. Displaying Additional Data on the MCV Page • The system displays the data in columns to the left of the Data Measures column (E). • If necessary click and drag to the right the Column Display icon (F) to view all the data. E. Display Area for additional columns F. Column Display

Viewing Data Measures on the MCV Page The system displays the Data Measures column (G) to the left of the dates column. • Click and Data Measures icon to view all the options. • From the Display Data Measures list, click the Data Measure name that you do NOT want to view • Click the < arrow button to move the Data Measure to the Available Data Measure column • Click the Update button 2 G. Collab Details Menu i A B C D E F • The Collab Details icon (i) provides access to collaboration-relateddata. • Message – attach a message to the collab • Collab Attribute – view the Material Master collab attribute values • Collab Description – view the collab dimensions • Site Attribute – view the Material Master • Autofill – Enter PIT data and view exceptions before submitting • Alternate Parts – view the alternate parts available for the collaboration

  8. Viewing Collab Message i 2 3 3 • Click the Collab Details icon to display the Collab Details dialog box. • Click Message to access the Message data. • Click the Subject line to read and reply to an existing message or • Click the Envelope icon to create a new message

  9. Viewing Collab Attribute Data 1 2 • Click the Collab Details icon to display the Collab Details dialog box. • Click Collab Attribute to access the Material Master data.

  10. Viewing Site Attribute Data 1 2 • Click the Collab Details icon to display the Collab Details dialog box. • Click Site Attribute to access the Site Attribute data.

  11. Viewing Alternate Parts 1 2 • Click the Collab Details icon to display the Collab Details dialog box. • Click Alternate Parts to access the Alternate Parts data.

  12. Viewing PIT Attributes A B • To view all PIT Attributes for a data measure, click the data measurename. • To view the PIT Attributes for a specific PIT, click the value in the PIT.

  13. Viewing PIT Attributes 1 2 At the PIT Info page, you can select the PIT Attributes you want to view: • From the User Fields box, click the PIT Attributes you want to view. • Click the Refresh button to refresh the view.

  14. Viewing the Summary Tab A • The Summary tab displays the rolled-up values for multiple collaborations you are viewing on the MCV page.
