  3. What is Youth in Action? EU mobility programme 2007-13 European citizenship, participation, cultural diversity, inclusion For young people: 15-28 (13-30) Non-formal education/learning Youth exchanges, youth initiatives, voluntary service, democracy projects, support & training, European cooperation http://ec.europa.eu/youth
