  4. Deployment • Upgrades are coming LFC-free c++ n2n exists and was tested long enough. RPM will be produced this week. We recommend it deployed at all the sites.

  5. Operations • A sitename collection enabled. Now to get it used by the Dashboard. • One FR site came back (IN2P3-LAPP). Need more effort there • In process of adding Beijing endpoint • The only remaining issue is opening the port.

  6. localSetupFAX • In version 11. Sets xrootd client 3.3.6. • freeGeoIP service now hosted at MWT2 using freeGeoIP.net as a fallback • SSB was unavailable in at least two periods during last week. FAX-get-best-redirector depends on it to find out status of endpoints. • New command: FAX-get • Equivalent to dq2-get • Feature list (wishes): • N parallel transfers • Choosing the best source (based on cost matrix) • Multiple site sources (maybe even extreme copy)

  7. Plans • Push on deployment • Continue USA cloud stress testing • Further tutorial development
