  • The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has estimated that stress-related work accidents and ill health costs the country

    • “when the demands of the job and the working environment on a person exceeds their capacity to meet them” and
    • “the reaction people have to excessive pressures or other types of demands placed on them.”

  • A long-term journey towards making employees healthier, feeling valued and motivated in the workplace
