  4. SouthAfricanBureauofStandards • SABS Tested and certified to "A" class rating standard  - the highest possible classification. • SABS test  2538/FPE/85217/09  SANS 10407: 2006 equates to a soaked application procedure. T E S T E D

  5. Application • Sprayed or brushed onto  the chosen substrate or, • Soaked in a bath of FIRE GUARD

  6. Coverage • FIRE-GUARD covers, on solid substrates, approx. up to 20 square meters per litre, depending on the porosity. • On thatch the spread rate should approximate 4 squares meters per litre. • For soaking applications (As per the SABS test) use about  half to one litre per 2 square meters.

  7. Costs • R1,350-00. per 20 liter container. • Smaller packs add 50%. • (Pro-Rata) Coverage costs for thatch - approx. R20-00 / square metre. • Solid substrates approx. R10-00 /square metre, Excluding VAT, Including Delivery
