Gentlemen:

Having read the contents of your proposal and fully understood the participation details specified therein, our company is interested in joining the 2014 PCO SUMMIT that will be held on July 18, 2014 at Manila Hotel, City of Manila with the following participation: (please check box and fill-up the conforme then send or fax to WEAP Secretariat)

EXHIBITOR PhP40,000.00

Inclusion:

  • One exhibit booth, 2 m x 3 m

  • Two (2) summit kits/souvenir program

  • Meals for two (2), snacks (AM/PM), lunch for July 18, 2014

  • One whole colored page advertisement in the Souvenir Program.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • RESERVATION: All reservations are on a first-come first-served basis.

  • BOOTH SHARING: WEAP will only allow two (2) companies in a booth.

  • ADVERTISEMENT LAYOUT: All advertisement layouts must be submitted to the WEAP Secretariat not later than June 15, 2014 and be written in PSD or JPEG files and saved on accepted media (CD-R or USB). You may also email your ad layout to [email protected]

  • COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES: A list of company representatives attending the convention must be submitted to WEAP Secretariat not later than June 30, 2014.

  • PAYMENT: WEAP requires 50% down payment upon confirmation. Full payment shall be made on or before June 15, 2014.

  • CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL: Cancellation and/or withdrawal is allowed to 50% refund if written notification is received or before June 30, 2014.
