  3. INTRO • Puma Application software, important in improving skills in the diagnosis of the Atmospheric development • HOW? • Easier to interpret satellite imagery in order to improve the accuracy of weather forecasts • Overlay/superimposing

EXPANTION OF THE PUMA SOFTWARE APPLICATION • It is particularly important for nowcasting at airport stations. • Improve speed and accuracy in preparing flight documentation, terminal aerodrome forecasts and significant weather charts for scheduled and special requests • HENCE SAFETY FOR AIR NAVIGATION • Embark on Puma station at Kasana,maun and Francistown

  20. Conclusion • Amesd Project has been very helpful • Challenge –filtering the clouds for NDVI • Expansion will prove to be also useful-effeciency in nowcasting-mitigate the risk of weather related aircraft accidents.
