  5. IMPLEMENTATION TO DATE: PROCESS Increase Ease of Doing Business (4) Realign Business Development Efforts (4.2) Establish annual business plans for all state economic development agencies, each having clear alignmentwith Commonwealth’s economic development strategy (4.2.2)

  6. IMPLEMENTATION TO DATE: PROCESS Support Regional Development Through Infrastructure Investments and Local Empowerment (3) Educate Regional and Local Officials, Municipal Leaders and their staffs. (3.1) Establish and run annually a series of regionally based economic development academies. (3.3.1)

  7. IMPLEMENTATION TO DATE: PROGRESS Support Innovation and Entrepreneurship (2) Support Growth to Scale (2.4) Existing MA Company Expansion (2.4.4 )

IMPLEMENTATION TO DATE: PROGRESS Support Regional Development Through Infrastructure Investments and Local Empowerment (3) Make public infrastructure investments that promote regional growth opportunities (3.1) Plan ahead and target state infrastructure investments to priority areas with prompt & predictable permitting (3.1.1-2)

  10. IMPLEMENTATION TO DATE: PROGRESS Increase the Ease of Doing Business (4) Engage in on-going state regulatory review (4.1) Identify existing regulations whose small business impacts could be reduced, eliminated or replaced with model regulations widely accepted in other jurisdictions(4.1.4)
