  4. Scope of Work • Base Bid: 350 Kwp PV power plant system on two elevated steel trellis structures – totaling approximately 27,900 square feet. Included in the Base Bid are: • Electrical equipment associated with PG&E interconnect • Site lighting under the trellis structures • Grounding of the PV System and structures • New striping • New protective bollards • Re-location of one fire hydrant and associated piping • Selective demolition of existing site infrastructure • Start-up and commissioning • Stocking of spare parts • Basic maintenance and monitoring of the system for one year following start-up. • Additive Alternate #1: additional 75 Kwp PV power system on extended elevated trellis structure – totaling approximately 6,000 square feet. • Additive Alternate #2: Extended basic maintenance of PV power plant for an additional 4 years past the base bid maintenance period (years 2-5)

Scope of Work • CAREFULLY REVIEW the Invitation for Bid (IFB) and Construction Documents • 87 PAGES in Invitation for Bid • 26 DRAWING SHEETS • 166 page Project Manual, including Technical Specifications and Geotechnical Report in Appendix A • Bid submittals must be done in accordance with the IFB Documents
