La Démarche Living Lab Une définition: Un “Living Lab” est un écosystème d’innovation ouverte centré utilisateurs qui intègre les processus de recherche et d’innovation au travers d’un partenariat Entreprises, Citoyens et Autorités locales. • Les objectifs sont: • Engager les utilisateurs dès le début du processus de co-création. • Mettre en complémentarité l’offre technologique (push) et la demande du marché (pull) au travers d’un processus intégré de recherche et d’innovation. • Combiner une diversité de points de vue, contraintes et partage des connaissances (savoirs). • Confronter les nouvelles idées, concepts et artefacts en correspondance avec le modèle de valeur des utilisateurs. • Créer un espace social pour explorer, expérimenter et évaluer le potentiel d’ adoption des idées et les concepts innovants dans un environnement réel.
