Challenges in mobile phone data entry Above 45 years old Health Workers were hesitate to use mobile phone No prior experience beyond voice Current work load of VHNs/SHNs So far 4 VHNs have lost RTBP Mobile Phone Data entry was not possible while VHNs were on leave Lack of human resource availability and also the frequent power failiure at PHC level which led to stop the data entry task through internet method

Challenges in TCWI and SAHANA Messaging and Alerting Module Health workers unfamiliar with statistical estimation methods for detection analysis Lack of participation among the selective Health officials in spite of frequent approach Usage is almost nill because there is no incentives Poor internet connectivity Lack of computer knowledge among the Health Workers/Health officials at PHC level

  4. Challenges in General • Distance between the PHCs and HSCs locations • Close monitoring and motivation is required for follow up • Poor public Transport system available for few HSCs • 200 villages are covered under the 4 PHCs and each one is located in different directions
