Employment Guidelines of the EU Conclusion of the EPSCO Council, 21.10.2010 „(10) The policies of the Union and of the member States, including their reform programmes should aim at „sustainable growth means building an energy and resource-efficient, sustainable and competitive economy, a fair distribution of the cost and benefits and exploiting Europe’ s leadership in the race to develop new processes and technologies, including green technologies. Member States and the Union should implement the necessary reform to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and use recourses efficiently, which will also help to prevent environmental degradation an biodiversity loss.
