  3. 2.计算钢筋下料长度 ①号钢筋下料长度(6240+2×200-2×25)-2×2×25+2×6.25×25=6802(mm) ②号钢筋下料长度6240-2×25+2×6.25×12=6340(mm) ③号弯起钢筋下料长度上直段钢筋长度240+50+500-25=765(mm)斜段钢筋长度(500-2×25)×1.414=636(mm) 中间直段长度6240-2×(240+50+500+450)=3760(mm) 下料长度(765+636)×2+3760-4×0.5×25+2×6.25×25=6824(mm) ④号钢筋下料长度计算为6824mm。 ⑤号箍筋下料长度宽度200-2×25+2×6=162(mm)高度500-2×25+2×6=462(mm)下料长度为(162+462)×2+50=1298(mm)
