Through this collaboration, Sodexo and the Adani Group plan to offer the youth skilling, training, and placement opportunities. That way, they will find it easy to earn a living. This will also lead to an improvement in their living condition. The overall employability of our nation will increase, thereby leading our country towards prosperity. This is also one of the most significant initiatives taken up by the Adani Group after the rumours of the Adani scam subsided.

The main reason Sodexo plans to start this venture is the need for more skilled individuals in the hospitality and faculty management sector.
