  2. ABOUTUS Plasma Cut, a steel service solution centre that was established in Gauteng in 1986, forms part of the AFMETCO Group. The company was founded with the intentionof becoming the leading steel service provider in SouthernAfrica. We offer a complete range of services, including laser cutting, hi-definition plasma cutting, guillotining, chamfering, brushing, machining, rolling, and bending, at highly competitive prices. In addition to this, we also supply a diverse range ofproducts. As a fully fledged 24-hour steel working service centre, we have managed to continue to develop our capabilities and strengths, allowing us to maintain quality in service, product, and delivery, as well as flexibility when it comes to customer requirements.

  3. OURPRODUCTS CYLINDERS &PIPE CANS SHEETS &PLATES FLANGES We supply standard flanges, as well as manufacture specialised and customflanges. We have the versatility to produce these products to spec, as well as in varyingthicknesses. Our core business is cut to size sheets and plates, thanks to our state of the arttechnology.

  4. LASERCUTTING Our state of the art laser cutting machines allow us theflexibility to laser cut plates that are up to 6m long, and in various thicknesses. GUILLOTINING Our world-class guillotining facility allows us to split platesthat are up to 3m wide, in varying thicknesses. We also have a levelling machine that ensures all guillotined flat bars are straightened. SERVICES CHAMFERING We also offer chamfering, which is the process of creating a bevel, groove, or furrow on material edges, providing a smooth refinedfinish.
