What is business ready licensing l.jpg
What is Business Ready Licensing? with Business Ready Licensing

  • Improved way to organize the features of Microsoft Dynamics products.

  • Licensing emphasizes number of users rather than modules.

  • Gives existing clients access to broad range of modules and tools which formerly were inaccessible due to cost per module.

  • Module-Based Licensing (the old way) was complicated because both users and modules were licensed separately.

Policy purchasing$500 per user owned ($10,000 minimum)

Examples

Customer A owns 25 users on Microsoft Dynamics GP

$500/user * 25 users = $12,500

Customer B owns 10 users on Microsoft Dynamics GP

$500/user * 10 users = $5,000

$5,000 doesn’t meet the minimum, Customer B would pay the minimum of $10,000

Tipping point = 20 users owned ($500/user * 20 = $10,000)

Most customerswould only need to pay the minimumto move andshould be able to find $10K worth of functionalityin the bundles
