Family Court

- involves staff from DHS, Probation,

CSEU, CBA & other agencies as needed

PINS Intake (Mon Co. Probation)

- assess for further diversion services

- high-end programs/formal diversion

- presence in Family Court to screen for

alternatives to detention

- maintain an array of alternatives to

detention programs
