  4. Age Group 16-25 • TAY Program at Teen Health Clinic (PEI) • TAY Drop In Hours at the FSP for non-enrolled clients • Medi-Cal Managed Care: Time limited Group Therapy

  5. Age Group 26-60 • Client Run Support Groups at Wellness Center • IMPACT with Problem Solving Treatment at Health Clinics (PEI) • Family Support Groups • Family to Family Groups by NAMI • Warmline for Peer Counseling by Telephone • Medi-Cal Managed Care: Time limited Group Therapy

  6. Age Group 61 and Over • Volunteer Senior Peer Counselors’ Home Visits • IMPACT and Problem Solving Treatment at Health Clinics • Home Delivered Meals Outreach Program (PEI) • Medi-Cal Managed Care: Time limited Group Therapy

  7. Recovery Model Question • How do we move from one professional helping one client at a time to people in the community helping each other on their paths to recovery?

Examples • Client run drop in center open seven days a week (see sample schedule) • Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) law enforcement personnel trained to intervene in mental health emergencies • Senior Peer Counselors making weekly visits to isolated older adults • Use MHSA Innovation funds creatively
