  14. Q & A Q: Why my signal strength is not good? A: There are several factors which could affect the signal strength. Please check through the following steps: 1. Please put the router higher. The suggested height is 130CM. Don’t put the router on the ground. 2. Please use site survey and choose a clear channel if there are more than 2 wireless transmitters. 3. Please adjust the antenna position on the router and the client device 4. If all of the above settings cannot solve the problem, please return it back to Edimax offices for further investigation. However, users need to use dual band antenna for the replacement. The antenna for other Edimax models also cannot replace the antenna of BR-6675nD. HQ will evaluate and phase-in dual band antenna base on requests. Q: What is the meaning of 300Mbps and 300N? A: You could find that some companies defined their 11n router as 300Mbps or 300N.
