  2. OBJECTIVES providing support, guidance and training to young people in search of a job, by offering an innovative, engaging and effective methodology for empowerment, upskilling and networking.

  3. TARGET GROUPS young unemployed people between 19 and 30 years, unable to find a job autonomously, falling into the social benefit “trap” and having lost any willingness to become an active actor in their society. [young people] [NEET]] youth workers dealing with the main target group

OUTPUT 2 – Job Club e-game To be used as orientation and entry tool 1st game stage: entry questionnaire about job hunting styles and SWOT analysis 2nd stage: targeted questions about professional goals, to highlight areas of self-assessment and improvement and objectives to be clarified in the 1st part of the Job Club 3rd stage: investigates the labour market needs and takes further steps according to the data found 4th stage: assessment of personal strategies for job hunting and orientation for personalized better choices In charge of: APOPSI Deadline: November 2015 (month 6)

OUTPUT 3 – Job Club Package O3-A1 Job Club Format Delivery of the JC Educational Programme in all partner country – 4 editions per partner 25-40 participants per partner Duration and setting: 12 months – 10 meetings of about 2 hs each A follow up kit will assess employability capacity and JC experience effect. List of contents/resources: Copying with grief and loss of job Motivation, beliefs and job search The overall job hunting and career coaching methodology The local job market Job market in Europe and working abroad Self-entrepreneurship

OUTPUT 3 – Job Club Package O3-A1 Job Club Format List of contents/resources: Investigating personal skills and resources: how to discover and assess interests, values, beliefs, preferred work environment and location how to discover and assess interests, values, beliefs, preferred work environment and location How to create alternative professional goals using personal resources The informational techniques and web sources The informational interview Job hunting “classic techniques”: resumes, ads, contacts and agencies Job hunting and the internet: social media and social networks. Big Data and recruiting agencies How to prepare for job interviews and salary negotiations. In charge of: lead partner
