  6. Submission Data • 145 papers registered by January 6, 2003 • 126 papers submitted by January 13, 2003 • 4 papers withdrawn during review period • 122 reviewed by the Program Committee • 34 papers accepted • 24 short presentations submitted • 14 short presentations accepted

PC Workload Data • Confman system used for submission of papers, submission of reviews, and electronic PC meeting • Each paper was assigned to at least 4 reviewers • Each PC member was assigned between 24 to 27 papers • 100% return rate: PC members produced reviews for every paper assigned to them! • 5 ½ weeks for reviews • 2 ½ weeks for electronic PC meeting
