Nationally, 71 percent of people support RTW.In New Mexico, 60 percent of people support RTW.Right to Work states have added 3.6 million jobs from 2004 to 2013 according to the U.S. Dept. of Labor – Bureau of Labor Statistics.25 out of the TOP 30 states for Economic Outlook are Right to Work states.

  3. Don ChapmanSandoval County Commission Chairman • EDUCATION: (degrees, institutions; or highest level achieved): B.S. Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, University of Houston, College of Technology. • RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Retired International Sales VP Specialty Organic Chemical Industry (29 years, retired in 2005), Chamisa Estates Neighborhood President (2006 — 2010), Sandoval County Commissioner, District Three (2011 — present).

Dave HeilSandoval County Commissioner • Education: BSBA, John Carroll University (Ohio), transportation major; post graduate work in computer systems. • Relevant Experience: Currently chairman of Rio Rancho Planning & Zoning Board; previously member of Sandoval County P&Z board; chairman of 2011 and 2015 Rio Rancho charter review committees.

Paul GessingRio Grande Foundation President • Education: Paul graduated from Bowling Green State University in Ohio with a degree in Political Science in 1997 and he received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Maryland in 2005. • Relevant Experience: Paul Gessing became the first full-time President of the Rio Grande Foundation in March of 2006. Since joining the Foundation, Gessing has been a prominent voice for limited government and individual liberties in policy areas including: Constitutional liberties, taxes, health care, education, and transportation. Prior to joining the Foundation, Gessing headed up the lobbying efforts of the National Taxpayers Union (NTU) a respected taxpayer-advocacy organization in Washington, DC.

Brent YessinPresident – Protect My Check • Education: • Vanderbilt University Law School, JD, 1985 – 1988 • University of Virginia, BA, American Government, History, Rhetoric and Communications Studies, 1981 – 1985 • Relevant Experience: His non-profit, Protect My Check, assists local communities increase business opportunities and expand employee rights. PMC has achieved national recognition for its work in passing local right to work ordinances in counties and cities that compete for jobs with right to work jurisdictions, and are too often passed over by site selectors for that reason alone.
