PBmice and MP-PBmice: Mapping PiggyBac Insertional Mutations in Mice

PBmice and MP-PBmice are database systems for mapping PiggyBac insertional mutations onto the mouse genome using large-scale experimental data. This system provides a comprehensive and efficient method for studying transposons and insertional mutations in mice.
