  1. CMWG Update to WMS3-13-13 Report of CMWG Meetings of 2-26-13 & 3-4-13

  2. Meeting Summary • Discussed Important NPRRs— • NPRR 463—April 2013 Implementation--Rolling 6 Month Block CRR auctions • Transaction bid limits—2000 or less per CRR AH per Auction? • NPRR 520 –Real Time Constraint Mitigation…(TAC 3/7/13) • If approved by TAC, Summer 13 Implementation for most of it, in interim need to determine starting values for the variables: • SFP1 • ECIT1 • SFP2 • ECIT2 • SFP3 • DMEECP • SFP4 • NPRR 521 – Transitional CRR Auction Capacity Value • Modifies TTC for auction model so it solves • NPRR 503 Removal of Language Related to NPRR 219

  3. NPRR 503 • Would eliminate Report/Statistics on “Planned vs. Actual” Outages • ERCOT has report defined & running in background—will forward input assumptions to group— • ERCOT suggested SCR as way to add useful info to Outage Scheduler—for example—adding report of completed outages rather than letting them roll off immediately when end date entered, adding box for additional info on why cancelled/if moved, etc. • CMWG will work to suggest potential modifications to OS Info and further explore potential for “one off” email communication through ERCOT about outages of “significance” at April meeting
