Fraser Health • Priorities • KTE strategy for nurses • Research Capacity-building for FH Nursing Staff • Connection with our Academic Partners to promote mentorship and to link FH employees with Academic researchers The FH Nursing Research Facilitator is positioned within Professional Practice and Integration (PPI) and works closely with the Department of Evaluation and Research Services (DERS)

NRF LIAISON WITH RESEARCHERS The NRF role includes working to “support collaboration between the nursing community and researchers in conducting and using research” From your perspective as researchers, what components do you recommend we have in place at health authorities to sustain and support nursing research? Do you have suggestions on key ways to encourage nurses to undertake & utilize research?
