Grains …make at least half your grains wholegrains.
Eggs are a great way to get protein.
Dairy products = low-fat or fat-free milk, cheese, and yogurt.
Banana dog (peanut butter, a banana, and raisins in a long whole-grain bunor wrap)
Yogurt with fresh fruit
Whole grain waffle with blue berries on top
Add a glass a milk too!
