  1. THE ANGMERING SPORT ALL THE LATEST SPORTING NEWS 11th December 2013 Durrington watch as Quirke scores before wall smash… Angmering arrive confidently at Durrington with a new found ‘bums out’ defensive strategy. The game started strong with both teams playing a high level of basketball. Angmeringup’d the antics and began making every ball their possession. Angmering were defending well after a swap of players to match up height. The girls continued to use the ‘bums out’ technique to box out the rebounds and were able to gain possession back quickly. Moxham drove in confidently with every lay up fully supported by her girls for a rebound. Angmering led the first half 18-8. Knowing that they were along way from victory against a strong basketball side the girls continued their strong defense; protecting their ball from the steal. Highlights of the second half came from great shooting by Megan quickly followed by Becky pressured shooting before being smashed into the wall. Angmerings effort levels persisted until the final whistle allowing Durrington little chance of closing the gap. Angmering win 32-23… great refereeing Tia Freeman! Player of the Match –Bethany Moxham
