  2. What are Personal Care Homes? • Personal Care Homes are licensed, privately owned and operated residential homes for senior citizens and other adults who need assistance with activities of daily living.

  3. PCH Program Guided By: • Health and Community Services Act • Personal Care Home Regulations, 2001 • Personal Care Home Operational Standards, 2007 • Personal Care Home Program Quality Framework, 2007 – 82 performance measures.
