Friends are always ready to excuse, to believe the other person, to have hope, and to stand beside their friend in bad times as well as good. True friendship never ends. (1 Cor 13, written by St Paul) We pray today for the gift of knowing how best to “be with” someone, remaining faithful through good times and bad.
