  5. Cardiovascular Fitness • Ability of heart, blood vessels, and respiratory system to supply oxygen and fuel to muscles as work is performed over a sustained period of time. Sustained aerobic exercise (20-90 min)

  6. Muscular Strength &Endurance • Strength — ability of a muscle group to apply maximal force against a resistance one time • Endurance — ability to repeat muscle movements for a long period of time
