IEC facilitates participation • Reduced national dues: more members from developing and industrializing countries • Participation in WTO workshops: more Affiliate Countries • Regional centres: more adoptions, more participation in technical work and CA activities • CAB: New guidelines for developing countries

  4. IEC regional centres: Asia-Pacific and Latin America APRC • New premises in Singapore • 6 staff members: technical function in a de-centralized way IEC-LARC • São Paulo since 2007 • 1 regional manager • Coordination of training, seminars and workshops
