The Problem:

A series circuit consists of R = 50.0 M , C = 6.00 F, and V = 10.0 V DC. The capacitor is initially discharged. When the power supply is turned on (t = 0), how long (in seconds) will it take for the capacitor to charge to 8.00 V?
