    • Policy and oversight

    • Decisions, in consultation with Districts, dealing with ceasing dredging

    • Communicate frequently

    • Meet annually

    • Annual review of GRBO Protocol

  • Districts engage EAG

    • Four turtle takes – any species or three endangered

    • Seventy five percent of District “trigger point” limit
