  5. Public Comment Period • Proposed rulemaking was published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin On May 12, 2007. • Public comment period closed on June 26, 2007. • Comments were received from two commentators: EPA Region 3; and Upper Gwynedd Township Board of Supervisors (petitioner).

  6. Summary of Public Comments • The EPA Region 3 office supported the package in general. • Upper Gwynedd Township (petitioner) commented that there is no justification to maintain the Trout-Stocking (TSF) designation in the head-waters of the Wissahickon Creek where trout do not exist.
