Trainees Committee: - submission to MMC review Recommendations: • New application system to incorporate CVs • Allow application to individual Deaneries • Uncoupling of CMT and Specialty training • Introduce option of CMT3 • Recognise the importance of diverse training and facilitate OOPE • Ensure supervisors and trainees have time for true interactive learning and supervision • Improve quality assessment and quality control
